your order will be shipped in a plain box with no indication

Shipping
- FREE
shipping on all orders over $50.00
- A shipping charge of $6.95 will apply
to orders under $50.00
- All orders will ship ground,
as soon as your payment clears, in approximately 2
-3 business days. We will notify you of any shipping
delays or out of stock items.
- Custom garments require adding production time to
shipping time. Once your order is placed, we will
notify you of approximate fabrication time.

- Next Day Delivery is available
for a charge of $34.95. Order must be placed before
noon central time. You will receive your item within
1 - 2 business days.
* Note: It is possibly that your order may arrive to
you in separate shipments, at different times. This
is due to the fact that some orders ship directly from
the manufacturers or the closest warehouse, and may
arrive separately. Free shipping will still apply for
complete order if over $50.00.

Improper Address
If you do not provide us the complete proper address
or if you request the package to be delivered to another
address (other than the one you originally provided
us with) and our shipping company charges us, your credit
card could be charged up to an additional $15.00.
Returns & Exchanges
for Prosthesis, Bras, Compression Garments
- There is a 15% restocking fee. Customer
is responsible for all return shipping. Original shipping
is not refundable.
- If the return is a result of our
error or received in a damaged condition, we will
credit you the shipping to return.
- You need to contact us within 7 days
with the reason for your return before sending the
item back. We will issue you a RA# (return authorization)
to be put on the outside of the box. Any package without
a return authorization will be refused.
- Product cannot be worn, tags removed,
or original packaging written on or defaced.
- Custom compression garments are final sale. Contact
us immediately if there is a problem with fit.

for Swimsuits and Wigs
- Wigs - exchangeable only.
Must not be combed out of hair net! All previous
return policies apply.
- Swimsuits - All swimsuits
are final sale due to manufacturer's guidelines.
